Federation of Consumer Rights Organisations of Tamilnadu shortly known as ‘FEDCROT’ is a non-governmental organisation, working for the promotion and development of consumer interests, welfare and awareness.
The organization also deals with the development of women through Self Help Women Groups. Sri. M. Subburam, State President of FEDCROT, is also the Managing Director of the Women’s Group called Federation Centre of Tamilnadu Consumer Women Self Help Committee [FCTCWSHE].
The Association is assisted by a Sister Concern, viz., ‘SUBHAM TRUST’, which deals with the following organisations:
- Tamilnadu Human Rights Protection Movement
- Tamilnadu Anticorruption Movement
The organization also deals with the welfare and protection of the interests of the unorganised physical / manual workers, through the Tamilnadu Unorganised Manual Workers Social Welfare Association. |
